  MicroMove - Modern frequency inverter technology  
 

MicroMove frequency inverter control for trolley and crane travelling allow for a sway free travelling of the load. The smooth acceleration and braking process contributes considerable to reduce wear and tear to many of the components, for example the brake, the gearbox as well as the trolley wheels.

MicroMove is fitted as standard to electric wire rope hoists NOVA, to electric chain hoist trolleys and to crane travelling drives up to a maximum of 2,2 kW. For crane travelling drives with a power rating higher than 2,2 kW, the frequency inverter TravelMaster2i offers outstanding advantages.

For a smooth and gentle movement of any load, SWF offers MicroMove frequency inverter control in combination with high performance trolley and crane travelling drives for unbeatable performance. Not only this, also the components used specifically for travelling such as the brakes and trolley wheels are protected against extreme wear and tear. For the end user the MicroMove modules are at first sight not visible – they provide however clearly visible results as far as the travelling of loads and maintenance is concerned.

The MicroMove unit can be easily programmed via dip switches

16 alternative positions are available for the selection of the minimum or maximum travelling speed

MicroMove offers two possible control methods: Stepless (EP) and 2-step (MS2)

The inverters are easily assembled within the crane cubicle. The MicroMove inverter model 007 is simply connected via a plug

It is not even necessary to remove the protective cover in order to program the MicroMove unit

The required power supply for the MicroMove inverter is 380 – 480 V by 50 or 60 Hz

Depending on the type, the modules show three or five digital inputs with a control voltage from 48V, 115V or 230V by 50 or 60 Hz

MicroMove frequency inverters are designed for ambient working temperatures from –10 C to +50 C
