A product refresh of the your-year-old NOVA wire rope hoist, a new light-duty wire rope hoist, and a new drive mechanism on chain hoists are being shown. The company says: "With a fresh layout and innovative improvements NOVA will excite you again, four years after being introduced to the market." The company did not say more, but Hoist understands that the hoist will have a new limit switch design. Deliveries will begin later in the year. SWF is also showing an explosion-proof-model in the new design.

Electric wire rope hoists for light loads will also be shown. SWF has also added a frequency inverter to hoist travel in SKC electric chain hoists up to 2t. The single fall version has hoisting speeds of up to 8 or 16 m/min.
