Harry can safely leave the spirit level in the workshop. The new synchronisation unit for NOVA rope hoists with hoisting inverter guarantees precise lifting and lowering of up to four networked hoists. The loads always stay “between the lines”.  

Thanks to permanent monitoring of the motor speeds by means of a connecting glass fibre cable between the hoist inverters, all rotational speeds are always adjusted to the minimum value. This means that the load hooks are horizontally synchronised.  

Precise control of the manual correction of the hook positions without intermediate stops, increases the productivity of the operating cycles, because less time is taken up. The risk of accidents from tilting loads is also minimised and the safety of crane operators and other employees is significantly increased.

The maintenance-free synchronisation unit is already pre-programmed at the factory and can also be easily retrofitted to older NOVA hoists with hoist inverter technology.
