CeMAT: SWF Krantechnik presents light stuff in hoisting technology

Slack`n easy wouldn’t be quite the right description for the new light crane system made of aluminium which the Mannheim based hoisting specialist SWF Krantechnik will presented to an expert public on CeMAT. The new crane system that lifts up to 2.000 kg, is called LIGHTster. Just like the existing steel version ProfileMaster, three different profiles offer a multitude of purposes as required by the circumstances and conditions on site. Single as well as double girder versions in normal or low headroom are possible, and also monorail can be realised with LIGHTster. The systems can be designed as manually operated push cranes or motorised cranes. The narrow nylon wheels on the galvanised manual trolleys allow an easy and quite moving during operation.

Simple but robust profile joints as well as few necessary fixing points make the mounting on site easier and more effective. The components that arrive pre-sorted, make a quick overview and sorting of the parts possible. LIGHTster optimizes the time and manpower requirements.

Power supply for LIGHTster is possible in two different ways: via flat cable under the profile and via contact line parallel to the profile.

The reduced own weight of the aluminium crane has a positive effect on the building’s statics and makes the mounting for the installers lighter and easier. Furthermore the LIGHTster convinces by its precise moving of the fixed loads. In combination with electric chain hoists SK with integrated frequency converter control for the hoisting process, it is possible to operate in a precise and gentle manner. The stepless lifting and lowering of the loads ensures on the one hand minimum wear of the hoist and on the other hand a nearly concussion free transport.

The electric chain hoist SK with frequency inverter control is available for maximum loads from 250 kg up to 2.000 kg. The hoists are delivered with an upper hook as standard. Push or motor trolley are optional.

SWF Krantechnik will offer the chance to test the LIGHTster at the booth so that you can convince yourself of the advantages. As in the past, the Mannheim based company has a main focus of their presentation on the contact and communication with visitors and customers. SWF Krantechnik can be found in hall 12 at booth C50.
